Prof. S. Rajamaheswari Delivers Esteemed Dr. Siva Oration at ASI Nagercoil on 17th May 2025
The Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), Nagercoil branch, had the honour of inviting Prof. N. Rajamaheswari to deliver the prestigious Dr. Siva Hospital Endowment Oration on 17th May 2025.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the field of urogynecology and women’s pelvic health, Prof. Rajamaheswari was selected to orate on the timely and vital topic:
“Changes and Challenges in the Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse in Women.”
The oration was delivered in memory of Dr. T. Sivakumar, whose legacy continues to inspire excellence in surgical education and practice. Prof. Rajamaheswari’s insightful presentation drew on her vast clinical experience and ongoing research, addressing evolving treatment paradigms, innovations in surgical techniques, and the multidimensional challenges in managing pelvic organ prolapse in the modern era.
